How it works
Four steps, from your counter to their door

You create the delivery
Customer name and number, parcel size, cash on delivery or prepaid. The price shows before you confirm.

The customer confirms their location
They open the WhatsApp link, with nothing to install, and pick a time slot. You can also enter the address yourself.

A courier picks up the parcel
They show your pickup code or take a photo of the parcel. You follow the trip live on the map.
- 04
Handover by code, money paid back
The customer gives their handover code to the courier. Delivery confirmed, proof stored, amount credited to your wallet.

All questionsHow do I sign up my shop?
Download the Fofo Express app, enter your number (a code is sent to you on WhatsApp), then add your shop and pickup address. The team approves your account before your first shipments.
My customer doesn’t know their exact address. What now?
Let them show it: they get a WhatsApp link, open a page with nothing to install, drop the pin on the map and add a landmark. The courier is guided to that point.
How is the price calculated?
From the distance, the parcel size and the options. The price is calculated by the platform and shown before you confirm the delivery.
When do I get the cash collected?
The amount collected by the courier first shows as “pending” in your wallet, then becomes available once the courier has paid it in. You then withdraw it to your mobile money.
